Born & raised in Chillicothe, Ohio, I got out of the small town and moved to Columbus to attend Ohio State. After a few years of acting selfishly, my wife & I moved to Virginia to attend Grad. school. While there, I hoped to never move back to Ohio.
We have 2 amazing boys who are being raised in Chillicothe, Ohio. That’s right, we moved back. We are a part of a church plant called Centerpoint. It’s who we are, it’s what we love, and it’s the people & vision we would die for.
I’m getting old and try to stay active. I’ve noticed I don’t watch sports like I used to, not sure the issue, but I am enjoying life.
Most importantly, I’m learning to follow Christ.
Christian communalism is a far cry from socialism. Socialism is a form of statism and really antithetical to Christianity. Rendering unto Caesar is all well and good and dictated biblically, but submitting to a socialist government is a whole other thing. Consider researching what Socialism really is all about before equating it with dictates of Scripture. A brother in Christ.
